Help - New to hydraulic clutches

I have a '91 F350 Diesel (International 7.3) that the clutch pedal has gone to the floor and stayed. I am unsure where to start looking for problems/replacement parts. Is this simply a master dylinder arrangement, and if so, what should I check? I don't believe that it dropped any fluid when it went, but am not positive.

Pull the lid on the clutch master, is it full? I would imagine the clutch is still released, right? If it still has fluid but won't build any pressure maybe it's gone bad.

Yes, there is fluid in the master, but appears to be low. What type of fuid is recommended by Ford? If I fill the fluid and it still won't build pressure, then can the master be rebuilt or does it have to be replaced?

Checked the lower cylinder and the housing is broken on the end and the keeper ring fell out in my hand. Is this part of the master/hose/lower assembly as a unit only or can just the lower cylinder be replaced and re-bled? If not, how much should the whole assembly cost and are there any other options?
