Ouch, my rear end!

Im putting my Dana 60 with centering cones rearend together for my 68 F250 and... Im wondering how i should set up the bearing preload and final torque on the inner and outer 2 3/8" nuts? Also wondering how much torque goes on the 7/16-20 axle flange nuts and what hardware is used? Does it go cone, lock washer, then nut, or it there a flat washer used? The way i took it apart was cone, lock washer, then they used a grade 5 nut put on with an impact! Almost all the nuts were stripped. Are the nuts saposed to be grade 8 nuts? I think its time to get a manual for this truck. What is the best manual that has rearend schematics etc?

I'd suggest posting this in the transfer case, differential forum. I used to have a manual with the Dana 60 torque specs, but I haven't been able to find it in awhile.
