Is there a Performance Tuner For the New 04 F150? I ordered A Hypertech But it Says for 99 to 03 Ford Powerstroke on the box. Its Number 41026 Not sure if its supposed to work or they sent me the wrong one. I dont want to try it and Mess Something up.
Any Help Would be apreciated.

As far as i know there isnt one for the 04 yet. I definately wouldnt try to use a chip that is marked for a earlier model truck. The computer is completely different on the 04 compared to the 03. Maybe the computer in the 04 heritage is the same as the 03, but i assume you have a new bodystyle04.

 

There isn't anything for the 04 F-150 yet in public release, though both Superchips and Diablo are working on them. The Hypertech will not work with it.

 

Ok I was kinda wondering about that. Summit Racing Said the 41026 Was the right one. I guess I will be sending it back Bummer.
