Torque Specs for Lower intake manifold on 4.2L

I have the lower intake manifold off of my 4.2 V6 so I can replace the leaking gasket(s). I have the specs from the Ford house re sequence and torque specs. Of course my torque wrench is in FT lbs at a minimum of 10 FT LBs. I went to buy a wrench measured as IN LBS but the minimum on that one is 120 IN LBS. The specs from the Ford house call for 71-101 LBS IN. Is this a speciatly wrench I need? Also, Ford calls for certain specs on the Silicon Sealant used on the corners of the front and rear gaskets. Can I get by with a silicon, hi temp, sensor safe silicon sealant that I can buy at Auto Zone?

A torque wrench that only starts at 120 inch pounds sounds like a very cheap one that would probably not be worth buying. Are you sure it didn't go up to 120 and not start there?
It sounds like the sealer you found should do the trick.

Torque specs

I converted the IN LBs to FT LBs and bought a torque wrench (it was cheap) that measured from 0 to 150 FT LBs. I torqued down to specs and put everything back together. When I first tried to start, it was like I had a vapor lock but it did crank on the second try. It seems to idle rough and stalled once, however, when at cruising speeds, seems to be ok. Do I need to drive it a little to see if it just needs to run a bit to "break in"?
