Has anybody tried painting their guage needles? Mine are pretty faded, as are the ones in an otherwise very nice black cluster I have. I thought about very carefully using the paint for model cars. I've seen it used for cab emblems and it worked pretty good. Anyone had any luck with this or any other ideas?
One more question. The green inserts that go in front of the turn signal bulbs aren't too green anymore. I haven't seen new ones anywhere. Can I get them somewhere, or any ideas on what else I could use?
