What Kind Of Gas Mileage Do You Get From Your Trucks

 

I have a 1970 F250 Camper Special, 360 2bbl Holley. I went from 7.4 mpg to 9.6 after carb re-jetting (went from #73 jets to #65), a rebuild and a 6.5" power valve. I have a C-6 and 3.54 limited slip diff.

 

1976 Supercab with 390/c6 12-13 MPG last I checked.

 

When I had the Holley 600cfm 4-barrel on my truck, it got 15mpg. I recently installed the Holley Commander 950 TBI 700cfm fuel injection; mileage is to be determined.

The rest of my truck is as follows:
360ci FE
Hedman headers
dual exhaust
C6 automatic with valve body shift kit
3.73:1 rear end ratio

 

does anyone know if the motorcraft main jets in the 2bbl 2150 carb are standard size and what are there size i can only find hollys can i use holly jets in my carb my carb is a motorcraft

 

Motorcraft jets are larger in diameter than Holleys, they won't fit.

77 F150 2wd, mild 460/C6 3.50LS rear. 6 to 8mpg
