Where Do Go To Pay The Tax

If I purchase a vehicle from Jeff in N.Y. where do I go here in Illinois to pay the sales tax.Is it the DMV?

The Secretary of State's office (DMV) will be happy to take your money. You can also go to any currancy exchange - they do it for a small added fee
