Hey, Im Ric from Welland, minutes from Niagara Falls. I have a bunch of stuff, but relavant to this thread is a 1978 F 150 Ranger XLT Lariat regular cab long box 4x2 with tool compartment fresh from the south west. She is a pretty rust free shinny black and silver two tone, lots of shinny trim, bumperettes, 460 4v, c6 auto, 385 locker, AC, Cruise, Tilt, Int Wiper, AM/FM/CB, rear window deicer, Alum rims, lighting package, security package, Towing package and etc bla bla bla. I guess I should have just said loaded eh! Oh and I am much older that this old girl.

Fergie: I didn't realize we had so much in common!

'53Merc, AKA GW, Gerry McLellan, 50 from High Park in the Tdot. I own a "just on the road", 1953 Mercury M100. Stock lookin' but the drive line's been swapped out for an '86 Lincoln MK-VII's, 5.0L/AOD with an '85 Country Squire's 8.8 as the 3rd member.
Like Fergie [a very active participant and man with a good quip on the '48-'60 Forum here on FTE] I have a MOPAR/Volare clip which gives a pretty good ride with PS/IFS and 11" PB discs up front.

Only other noticeable changes to the stock arrangement thta Ford of Canada came up with 50 years ago are a low profile 3rd Brake light over the back window, a sliding back window and a shaved fuel filler neck in favour of a Hagan's curved fuel filler door.

Thanks to Dealford AKA, Al Phillips for the tow to the paint booth last month! Your help was much appreciated Just returned from my inagural "shake down road trip" to the Right Coast Nationals in Syracuse last weekend...what a blast to be driving my own truck after all these years!
Who's going to Arthur, Aug 21-22?

Chad from Timmins...31 years old.

Driving a '66 Mercury M100 that is pretty much stock with the original 240 1bbl, I-6 engine, three-on-the-tree and practically NO options. Good old work truck!

Mods to date are a relocated gas tank, a 'hidden' Alpine sound system, fresh tires with chrome rims and (thankfully) a new seat.

Nice to see so many 'locals' around this board!

Hi,

Name is Jon.. Just bought myself a 1989 F-150 Supercrew 4x4 Lariat.

Living and driving in Rockland and Ottawa!

This is the first real truck I have owned but have fallen in love with it. I will have a ton of questions and things to jaw about. Lots of projects and such to get done on her.
