I have a 95 PSD 5 speed. A few months ago an injector went out and caused my truck to shake violently unless under heavy-acceleration. So I paid a mecanic to fix it. Everything ran smooth for 3 months and it started again, just not as bad. Took it to a buddy of mine(what I should have done to start w/) and he said the last guy just repaired the injector, not replaced, and that you shouldn't do this. So he fixed it and all is swell, until it starts something else a week or 2 later. Mainly in the mornings when it is about 40 or 50 degrees outside, the truck shakes, not hard, just some, and makes a rattling sound. It does it some after it is warm, but not nearly as much. Clutch? And for the first 10 min. of driving it does the bad injector shaking thing unless you hold the RPMs to about 23000 for a while, and then it breaks free. Any Ideas? Did it just not get fixed right or what?
