Heater/ac blower not working

My heater blower is not working on my 1977 F-250. It doesn't kick on when I turn on the heat or ac or when I turn on the blower switch in any position. I have been able to determine that no power is going to the blower speed switch. I also traced down a resistor of some kind under the dash that clicks when I turn on the heat or ac. I can also hear another click under the dash near the blower when I turn on the heat or ac. I have checked the fuse and it is o.k. I did read there was another in line fuse by the starter relay motor but I don't know where to look for that one. What should be my next step? Is the motor shot and needs replaced?
Thanks for any help,
Dett

Can you jump the motor and see if it spins?

I figured it out. It was a resistor of some sort under the dash. My parts man called it a high/low switch something. Thanks, Dett
