Meet and Greet???

Old87, you are really on top of this. I want to thank you for all you have done. Since there are grills I will bring some hamburgers and buns. Have you got a headcount yet? Maybe someone can bring some hotdogs and hotdog buns. I think the 5th would be good too. I agree about the recoup idea. What time are we going to meet? I need to know so I can set up a time to visit with my dad for his birthday before he goes out of town for vacation. As I've said before let me know of anyway I can help out. After all I am the one that started this thing.
I also sent Ken an email and told him to check out the Ga chapter and why.

FordF-350 Woman- You are too kind!
Burgers will be a great idea. I am taking the 4th off to start smoking the pig shoulders.
We REALLY need a head count so I know how big a place we need to reserve.
Cindy and I will be there early 9-10 or so just to start setting up.
Sound off troops- who's coming?
p.s.- HAPPY BIRTHDAY POPS!!

The boss and I were talking about this last night, we will bring a large bottle of m & k, since it will get used anyway.
I will have two sauces for the pig also. Ya'll remember to consider the June heat and products like mayo or dairy- we can't have anyone getting sick at fordstock.
I guess I'll go ahead and reserve the #4 shelter for us.
It has plenty of parking and seating for about 20 or so comfortably.
Hopefully we will have pics developed this wknd, however I can't post attatchments so
I will e-mail to those wanting to see the pics after Cindy scans them.
I really think we are gonna have a great time!

GrayRanger- As far as I know we are on the 5th. However if some would like to camp out, the weather and quality of the park are at a premium. I would be willing to go back the 6th and fire up either left overs or help with whatever ya'll wanna do.
I will reserve the bbq joint for the 5th, if we stay we can keep it as long as we want.
Eagerly awaiting the event!

Directions inside park- we hope to have cool signs inside the park, but if they tear them down, remember this,..
Once inside the park, turn onto Knox Chapel Rd. Golf course will be on your left, watch for slow moving deer.
At the first curve of Knox Chapel make a hard right into the commons area.
Go approx. 200 ft. and turn left.
We will be on the right before the camp area.
BBQ #4.
I am looking so forward to this I might rent it Fri. night and cook there.
Shucks- I'm ready for fordstock all weekend long!!
