New carb

I need to get a new carb for my truck. I need a holley 4-barrel. what CFM is best for my stock 272?

How To Calculate CFM:
Engine size (CID) x maximum RPM / 3456 = CFM
CFM @ 100% volumetric efficiency

I did the math and it comes out to about 470 CFm with rpms at 6k, does that sound right?

Thanks, Derek

That sounds about right Derek. The 239 flatty can only use about 390 cfm.
