machine shop blunder

just found out the wrist pin on cylinder #4, let loose, damaged the cylinder wall, needs to be sleeved and rebored, i'm trying to find out what the warrenty is on this, engine only ran 60 min, thought it was a valve problem, using a dowel heard noise coming from rocker area on each head, will or should the machine shop cover this? we'll see, they pressed in the wrist pins, resized the rods, bored the block, installed cam bearings, etc, i assembled it, but the pin looked ok when i did so. will keep you informed!
