I'm in a band called Wastegate (hence the name) and we get to open for Killswitch Engage and In Flames. The show is Friday May 21st at the Masquerade in Atlanta. I'm a fan of heavy music. I might be interested in checking out the show, haven't been to the Masquerade in a long time. I played in a band for years name Witch Doctor....we played several shows there from 1993-1997.

I'm trying to remember the name but drawing a blank. My last band was around at that time and was called Big Slow Wreck. We had a pretty decent following and played the Masq quite often.
The Killswitch Engage/In Flames tix are $18 as opposed to $26 through Ticket-Raper.

Have you ever played at the Masquerade? I was in a band that opened for Molly Hatchet in 2004. It is a cool place. If you play upstairs you can pretty much play as loud as you want. The owner at that time was Steve and I think he still runs it. He's a cool guy just don't get caught writing on the walls or endulging in anything illegal (the first one is a personnal experience, the other was another band that played there with us a couple of times).

 

Anything heavy works for me...
