Exclamation We need to have an OFFLINE, IN PERSON meeting by 6/1!
I was reading the webmasters post about meetings & he is asking for a LIVE & IN PERSON, real world meeting by 6/1/04. Now understandably we can't all attend! I think it would be fine if each area held 1 on the same nite. We can decide in advance what we'd like to discuss & then report back later here in the Forum. What I'd like to do is hold 1 online meeting 1st to see who will be attending the "real" meeting & come up with topics for that meeting.
Does everyone have a messenger? If so which one(s)? I have AIM, Yahoo & MSN. Let's set this up so we can move ahead with plans ok? Come on guys - I NEED YOUR HELP with this!
For the members from WNY, where do you want to meet? Let's try to make it "centralized" so Southern Tier members don't have to travel too far ok?

I don't do instant messaging- you're all lucky I know how just to do this!

As for the "live" meeting, let me think about a location. Like you said, Cowlady, there should be some central spot where we can all meet. My first thought is Tom Wahl's in Avon. Any other ideas?

I'm only on yahoo and mine is darrento. I believe I can make the Wednesday online meeting if my schedule does not change. Just let me know.

Avon works for me, but this Saturday is bad. I will be wheeling with my Rover club. Still let me know what time and where and if I can make it I will.
