Question Third gear slip

Thanks to the post below (trans slipping) I started wondering about my '94's shifting habits. Very light throttle preasure and low speed can make the 2-3 shift hesitate for a split second, during the 2-3 shift the engine revs up a bit as if you pushed the clutch in momentarily on a standard trans car. But take off normally and it shifts perfect. No other troubles though, go into gear quickly when cold or hot and behaves well otherwise.
Is this a symptom of the bands needing a wrench put to them?

thanks for all the help! Ray

Same here. I have a 2-3 slow shift. It will also slip under very hard accel. I'm going to try the band adjustment. It on my 94 4.0L.
