I was admiring the axle in the front of the truck and it appears to be slightly bent forward (just enough to notice), is it supposed to be like that or are they supposed to be perfectly straight? there are no scars on the axle to show some dick had been reefed out of a mudhole or something way back in its history

 

I have a '51 M-3 axle that is bent while my other '51 F-1 isn't bent. Also my new '51 M-3 isn't bent. I just thought mine was pulled on.

 

I won't worry about it then since the way its bent I would think the tierod adjustment would compensate for it
