Ahh the joys of electronics

All right guys heres a tough one. I recently replaced the brake pressure switch on my '97 150 with 4.6 and cruise, because my ABS light was on and flashing, so after some investigating I found that the brake pressure switch was melted (which explained the burning plastic smell (always thought it was the car next to me). So once I did that I started her up only to find that the light was still on and flashing. I did some more inspecting on the vehicle and couldn't find any thing that is bad (wheel clyinders, wiring, master, booster, lines, sensors...) So I counted the number of times it flashed (which is 16) before the cycle started up again and called up the local and well respected ford trucks dealership (Boyer for all of you from MSP) only to find out that code 16 is system pass?!?! So I don't know what to do? I finally have some free time this afternoon to bleed the entire system and hopefully that will take care of it. Any ideas???

Take your brakes off and scrap em, I mean, who needs brakes anyways? All you need is the gas pedal... : )
