Are all your connections on the new intake all properly inserted and tight?

I'm thinking that the air temp sensor may not be inserted/hooked up right.

as far as i know they are all tight, i had the intake in for about 3 months atleast before the check engine light came on, i then recleared it and cleaned the MAF out, it was good for about 2 weeks and it came on again, it seems it comes on roughly every 2 weeks after i try to do something and then i clear it out, i will check once again for all connections to make sure they are all tight.
