Which Front Springs for Ranch Hand Bumper

I have a 2wd X PSD. I would like to put a ranch hand bumper on the front with a receiver in it to make parking my trailer a bit easier into a narrow slot from a narrow street where turning radius is a problem.

Question 1:

Does anybody have a better idea for a setup.

Question 2:

What kind of springs would I need to handle the weight of the ranch hand bumper?

Questions 3:

Is my logic correct in thinking that if I push the trailer from the front my turn radius will be smaller. I am basing this opinion on watching those airplane tugs move airplanes.
