I don't know about the roll-n-lock but I bought the pace edwards roll top and have had nothing but trouble with it.I dropped it off 3 times before it got put on.They told me it wouldn't fit with my bed liner then I had it back 4 times for leaks.(still does)Might have just been my installer but its something to look for.
(roll top $700 +new bed liner $200 = $900 worth of leaky cover) ouch!

Just looked at the pic looks like the same thing.Mines great as long as it doesn't rain or if I have to haul stuff.(Scratches the paint right off)

I purchased the Roll-N-Lock for my truck and talked to a guy who used to be an installer he said: "The Roll-N-Lock covers cost more but they are worth the extra dough". They are not water tight though.

I have had a Pace Edwards for two years now. No problems to speak of. They are not water tight and I was never told that it would be. I can drive in the rain without getting things wet. It leaks at the pressure wash but only around the edges and just a bit. I like the flexibility of it for sure. I did have a minor adjustment problem after about 6 months but they handled it real good so I am happy. I do have to keep the slide rails greased. I also use a "BedRug" carpeted liner which makes it real nice inside.
