what do you mean by re program?? my truck 96 150 l6300 m5od has factory keyless which will reset when negative is removed on battery and the replaced when battery is reconnected alarm will sound hit disarm. Also there are two settings that allow you to change how many beeps determine "locked" normal is 2-beeps = locked, 1=unlocked but if you arm the alarm with drivers door open then push in on red flashing button then shut door and disarm alarm it should change to 1 beep = locked and also 1 beep when unlocked. something that i figured out about my alarm that i would have otherwish not have known.
dont know if i helped at all but i hope i did
welcome to ford trucks

well if it is anything like the cars. the key fobs program by turning the key to the on (not start) and back to off 8x repeatedly. then you will here the door locks lock and unlock. then hold the lock and unlock buttons both at the same time. that should work. the key programming takes a scanner and about 12 minutes of your time.

Turn key on, momentarily jumper two terminals of the program connector (2 pin connector taped to wiring) all doors should lock then unlock, remove jumper and press any button on the remote, all doors lock then unlock, repeat with all remotes, turn key off, doors lock then unlock, try the remotes. the connector is very near the remote entry receiver module located behind dash to the right of the steering column just above the driver's right foot area, or behind the glovebox.

can't find keyless program connector

I can't find the two-pin connector on my 94 F150 with factory keyless/alarm. I looked in the two places suggested, but I just can't see it.
