Smile 41 Truck

Hi Iam new to this Forum and also to Old Ford Trucks,I just bought a 41 1/2 ton well part of a 41 truck It's missing the front Fenders.Will car fenders work or do they have to be from a truck? I am new to this game so any info would be helpfull.

From what I've been told that the cars fenders are just enough different that they don't work on trucks. Sorry!!! There are a few after market folks that make glass ones, I think Wescott's out in Or. and then an outfit in Fla. makes some. Hope this helps.

They look so close I just did not know,well now I won't look for any car fenders,I am going to a car show this week end at Pigon Forge,Tn.I (live close by)

J Wright: How is the 41 going. Did you buy a steal body or a Glass one? I am looking for a Kit (34) that i can bolt on a 94 ranger fram that i have. I would definately scrap the 34 for a 41 if I could find a decent glass body that will take the mods i want to do ( stock cab no hood retro Kustom look). Let me know if you have resources for something like that.
