posting pics, I followed all directions

Yes, I have created a an album and gallery, when i go to upload picture nothing happens,when I try to set order I get this message:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /data/httpd/ford-trucks.com/htdocs/user_gallery/editalbum.php on line 247

Sort Order Has Been Set
Album: Post Delivery


I have followed the directions of at least 10 users, can anyone help?

Right click on file then click properties.
Or in the program that opens the pic on your computer is should have a re-sizing
feature.
Make sure the pic is in Jpg or Jpeg, and about 30 KB in size

Well, You guys must be doing something that doesn't fit within the tolerances.
I could upload pics all day in your gallery.

1) Check the size of your pics Max size 600px x450 px or 50Kb.

2) Check the format tag code (You Need: Jpg , Jpeg) that your pics are in.

3) Try uploading again.

Can not resize PIC's for your site.

Never Worked, and now I gave up, I have been spending a lot of time on diffrent sites and I did get my pics in other sites though, it was very easy to use... too bad cause i think there are more users here.

If your pic is too ibg it won't upload - mine "seems" to upload and when u think it is finished it just comes back blank...

Go to my computer on your locsl drive where you have the pics stored and view the details of the pic... ensure it is < 30K...
if u don't know how to resize, post here and we'll help...
