Rich,
Dont believe all you read. AFS wheel made alot of Gen2 rims for the Gen1 trucks (in our bolt pattern).
There was such an interest among the Gen1 community in those rims that a couple manufacturers actually produced 99-00 Lightning rims in the 5 on 5.5 bolt pattern.
Now adays if you search you can even find 2001 Lightning styled chromed rims for about $1000.
Now, I hear there is actually even a 03 rim style out there in the 5 on 5.5 pattern.

So before you know it, you can be zooming around on your new 18" wheels paying outragious prices for the F1s like the Gen2 guys have to do.

while there are "clone" wheels available to fir your truck, the first & correct answer is No, 18" oem Lightning wheels will not fit your truck.
