Question Question about a tachometer insallation

I have a 01 E350 van w/ a V10 I bought a tach. I'm tring to find the lead in the wiring harness to hook it up. Shorebird said that it was marked in the wire bundle on the driver's side. The only thing I can find is three wires close to the ECM. one is marked PTO the second is marked 4X4 low and the third is marked CTO. Nothing is marked tach. Could the CTO be Computer Tach Output? Or do I keep looking? I'm leaving on Friday to go to Myrdle Beach towing my TT and would like to have the tach in. Can anybody help? I tried posting onthe other thread to get a responce from shorebird but no luck.

I'm sorry to get back so late but I was gone on a road trip. The answer is that I posted wrong the other time about the colors of the wire. I just went out and looked at my hook-up and it is the WHITE-PINK STRIPE wire that works for me.
