to help your mileage, wait until you get back up to highway speeds and then push both buttons at once...
or if you had to accelerate to show off the trucks power...
reset it again until you get the reading you want :-) :-)

So if I keep resetting until I get what I want does that mean it keeps putting fuel back in the tank…Cooooool, truck!

MOST hot rod trucks have boost in the 30's, MAX 40's ---
how do you get to almost 60 ?!?!

Sorry to question that,
but I'm thinking your engine will get a DOUBLE hernia pumping that much high pressure into the engine :-)
Is it possible the edge has a calibration problem in the readsings as well as the shifting ???

If you can use only half of the edge, do u get half your money back ?

"If you can use only half of the edge, do u get half your money back"

There you go again, tying to think logically.

Not logically... just a little "cynically" :-)

the nice thing about the edge is being able to shift 5 programs on the fly. I also like the Edge Attitude with the digital guages built into the chip controller. I hope they realize the problems with 4 and 5 and send a flash out. I was strongly considering getting the juice and attitude.

If they ever do get a flash out for the tranny problems in 4 and 5 I sure want ot know it. I use 1 and 2 mostly with no problems, Tried 3 (80) once at rolling 30 mph, set me back in seat and tires wanted to break, kinda scary. I have tried 4 and 5 yet, only been installed for bout 300 miles. Edge with monitor on 04 F-250, nice set-upt for keeping up with egt's, boost

Last edited by hdf250 : 04-28-2004 at 07:53 AM. Reason: left out crucial word, I have NOT tried 4 and 5 yet
