Installation of a Speed Grille

I'm thinking of getting a speed grille (from stylinconcepts.com) and am wondering how to install it. Is it like an insert?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks?

What type of vehicle? Some of the grilles have clips to hold themon (like my Explorer), and some you have to use a dremel on some parts.

It's a 2001 F-150 Flareside. I like the look of them and was wondering how they install. I see that they have chrome, brushed and stainless steel. I'm wondering which one is the best looking.

I do not know the install on an F150, so hopefully someone else will chime in that has done it. As far as looks goes, if you ahve painted bumpers and no chrome, I would go with the brushed aluminum. If you have a chrome grille, I think the chrome would match better. I guess looks fall under that 'To each is own' situation though...
