What engine is in your MII, if it's a six, take a look to the mounting points and compare them. I picture the stang having a 4 cly in it, if that's the case, the six may be too long for the engine bay. you will of course have to relocate the radiator and all the forward goodies.

stevef100s is new and has a neutral reputation at this point.
Not only what was mentioned above, but you would need to verify that the transmission will bolt to the engine. Then there would be the question of balance, and obtaining the right flywheel/flexplate. I personally don't feel it's a worthwhile swap. Sell all the drivetrain parts you have and buy a small block Ford engine with an AOD transmission.
