I bought a 1986 Ford Cargo 6000 on eBay. It was represented as having excellent brakes. They are air over hydraulic. Ten miles down the road it had complete brake failure. The seller won't do anything and we can't seem to find answers. It checks out as they should work. It is like a ghost; it only jumps out and spooks ya every so often. When it does, NO BRAKES
