engine code p0306 #6 misfire what does it mean

Usually a code like this can be cleared and that will be the end of it. However, it may indicate a bad plug, wire, dirty injector, or even something as serious as low compression. I would clear the code and drive it for a while to see what happens. Keep us posted.
