Pro Comp Coil over question

Thinking about getting the 6' Pro Comp lift, however not sure if I should get the coil over or the regular lift. what are the benefits of the coil over? is it worth it? Please help.

Coil over springs are the worst, I had them installed on my Toyota and the ride was stiffer than a 12 year old with a **** magazine. JMO
