Hinge Pin Pulling wooees

I ordered a hinge pin puller online to get these hinge pins out of my 51.
Finally got it in the mail tried to get the pins out and split the bolt from the hinge pin puller in half and the hinge pin on the door didn't budge. I've sprayed penentrant, heat and wax and now the hinge pin puller and that breaks. Incredible. Never have I experience such a problem as this.

san joseee,

I ended up drilling my pins out, started with a small bit, and worked my way up, the last drill was just undersized of the pin. It took some time, but i eventally got the pins out.

Robert

obtw, i tried heating the pins, pentenrants(PB Blaster, liquid Wrench), and the fancy pin extractors, it was well worth the money to buy the expensive bits, and to drill the B@sturds out.

OMG i just noticed 203 posts, just this mean i am a post *****?
