Question 2002 F150 Super Crew Towing?

I have a 2002 Super Crew 4x4, 5.4 V8, towing package, and will be towing a 27' trailer that will weigh about 7300 loaded up. I am getting a equilizer hitch installed, and am within the towing capacity of the truck (7600). We'll only be pulling the trailer 6-10 times a year, with most trips being under 100 miles. I do realize that an F250 would be better suited for the task, but they are a bit out of my budget. We plan on trading up to a F250 in 2-3 years.

Is there anything I could do with the suspension to "beef" it up a bit, without warranty issues?

Any experiences or advice out there........?

the only thing the suspension would need would be airbags...you may feel the need to upgrade your brakes(i would)
