Pro Flow MAF!!!

I just ordered one and am very excited. Pro-Flow had the 85mm OEM replacement meter and electronics on sale for $179. Anyone have one on their Expy? I had one on my Contour SVT and loved it. Can't wait till this one arrives.

Just a larger size mass air flow sensor. Usually you get these when you have upgraded the air intake and other parts in the motor. I don't see this making that much of a diff on the old expy.

They have far outperformed any other intake mod I have ever done to a vehicle.

Put it on today. Filled the tank first. On the way home from the gas station, reading showed 367 miles left on tank. After install, meter said 446 miles left. If the tank comes even close to this, it will pay for itself. Not to mention a crisper throttle response and a noticeable increase from 3K rpm and up. I am very pleased.

Sounds nice, but I wouldnt bank on a 20 percent plus increase in fuel economy from just that one mod. If you do, there will be a stampede of folks doing the same.

I know that the MAF alone will not net this kind of gain, but like I said, if it comes anywhere near this number, I will be happy. I also have a few other intake modifications, and this is the first time I have reset the computer. It has only been in for a short time, so I will report back later after some real world conditions.

This is wher I got it. Got it on sale for $179 plus shipping. They usually go for about $225 or more. I love the results. It was a direct bolt-on and took about 15 mins to put in. They calibrate it for exactly your application. Fuel injectors, motor disp., mods done, etc. It gets better evey time I drive it. I love it.
