I picked up a new set of rear leaf springs for my '77 F150 4x4 at McArthur Tire. That was in 2001 and it was $320 for the pair. Not exactly a direct comparison but a number to use when searching.

I asked about adding just 2 long leafs to my Ranger, and got quotes from $150. to $295. These shops were in Scarborough.

I found that at some shops if you offer cash they go cheaper.

Hi Cooklloyd,

I went for the stock 4X4 replacement spring packs (5 leaves), straight bolt in. The shop "McArthur Tire" has an outlet in Hanover and Owen Sound. If you're looking for lift than maybe aftermarket spring packs which give lift with some ride comfort, with just leaf addition the ride can soon knock your fillings out. Not sure on the number of leaves in your stock spring pack.

John.
