Insurance suggestions

I just brought home my 2001 Ford Lightning I purchased off eBay...finally!!! The shipping took forever.

Anyway, I was wondering if any of you might have some suggestions for insurance carriers for this truck. It will be driven mainly on weekends only at a rate of less than 5000 miles per year. It's modified some...pullys, chip, etc.

Thanks for any input.

I think you will be stuck using a traditional insurance carrier. Most of the classic and collector car insurance companies will not insure newer vehicles.

I went with Progressive... but it all depends on the area of the country that you are located in. For me, here in the great state of NC, can you hear the sarcasm?, and due to being at a military installation its not that expensive. You can also try nationwide, they beat my deal at progressive by about 50-75 dollars. I just didnt want to go through the pain of switching after being with them for more than six months.
