So if I reference a picture in a post, how do I :
1) Upload the picture
2) Make it available to the other forum members who are viewing the post?

Here's a tip.

From "How To Do Pictures" post
They are probably Too Big.
Re-size them so the longest side is no longer than 800 pixels.
