spdjunke is starting off with a positive reputation.
Noisy AC compressor.....

The AC compressor and/or clutch in my 91 Fullsize Bronco is making a grinding/squealing noise.

When the engine is running, AC in off position everything is fine...

When engine running, selector switch in ANY position except VENT or OFF, the noise happens...

I popped the hood, the compressor pulley is turning fine, but if I try to turn the inner plate on the clutch it is binding.

Any way to see if compressor is bad, or is it possible to just easily change the clutch on this? I checked the schraeder valve and there is still pressure in the system.....

Ecuri is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
Observe clutch while A/C is on, looking for slipping. Guages will tell you if the compressor is failing...unsteady pressures will be observed. I think you have the boxy York compressor? If so the clutch is easy to change... an impact is handy for dis-assembly... thread a 7/8? NC into the center to pull the clutch. GL
