70 F100 parts needed/power steering

Am adding power steering to our 70 F100, we're' using a column and box from 74 F100, everything bolts in or lines up except the brace that holds the column to fire wall and pump pulley alignment with the crank pulley. I suspect I'll need a brace from a 70 F100 power steering set up to stabilize the column as the standard steering column brace originally on the truck doesn't clear the shift linkage of the 74 power steering volumn and the brace from the installed 74 74 power steering column has a different configuration. We must also solve pump pulley not aligning with either grove in crank pulley. Suspect I'll need a foward offset pulley or a pump bracket from an 84 351 Winsor engine that sets the pump further foward. I'm running an 84 351 Winsor engine in the truck. That engine originally had power steering in it, but in the initial conversion these power steering accessories were scrapped as our first attempt was to keep the truck original. Many miles of cranking that standard steering have cinvinced us to go to power steering. I live near Daytona ,Fla. and salvage yards down here don't stock much old iron to search out parts. Can anyone give me a hand finding these parts or coming up with alternate solutions. Thanks, Price

Once I did the conversion on a 72 using different parts and pieces. I ended up pulling the pump pulley out about 3/8 inch on the shaft to align the pulleys. It is pressed on and you will need a special puller to do it.

I've used the flat belt and pulleys from an early eighties lincoln with the 351w. They look pretty good on an old f100. Ron
