I just got mine, it's an 82, 460/C6 combo.

I am looking for any and all info on these. The internet has very little on them and I'd like to other owners. Right now, I need some body work, including some fiberglass work on the floor and bed. I'm thinking about building a metal bed inside of the existing bed since the sides have gotten brittle and weak.
What all have you all done with yours? Do you have links to any pics? I am loving this truck!

Great Vans

These Vans are GREAT! I'm still looking for one in the S.E. USA (AL, GA, FL, MS, TN) and have found two but they were both disasters, can you say "RUST." If anyone knows of one in decent shape (must be Automatic) PM a link my way.

Not much right now, I'm swapping the diesel in my 4 door bronco, so my van truck (I call it the 'Vanchero') has been put on hold. Eventually, I want to set up the interior for better extended-stay use. Get an inverter, maybe some extra batteries to run off of when it's sitting. I'd also like to set it up to where it can be ran off of power at campsites and charge the batteries. Beyond that, I need rebuild the bed as the fiberglass is worn out. And somewhere down the road, I'm contemplating a diesel swap.

Yours looks really nice, A LOT of extras on there. If you can post up some more pics, including the interior, It would be much appreciated.
Also, when you get a chance, check out fourdoorbronco.com. They have a section specific for our trucks. It's best if we can gather us owners together to share info!

> Maybe thats a good thing.

They are highly sought after and usually bring a higher price then a 4x4 van.

I have only seen and been in the Cabriolets and they are nicely made, I have seen them with 5th wheels and I think a Holmes wrecker package.
