well just so u all know...i hate ricers. cant stand the damn things. well today me and a friend were driving along...and a ricer pulls up next to me. well, the car starts rolling back, then it'd pull forward, roll back, pull forward...so on and so forth. u know, just like a manual would. well i told my friend "that things probly got a automatic and he pretends its a stick." well, he looks out the window, and everytime the car rolled back, the reverse lights would come on. i couldnt help but laugh...thought u guys might get a kick outta this. i did!

 

Those guys will never learn. Wonder what 'vehicle trend' will replace them, I hope it happens soon.

They definately look silly.lol.Seems the try to portray their vechicals as something thet aren't.The thing I dislike most are those stupid wings they put on the trunk.lol.They must think they are cool,but it ruins the looks of any car they put them on.

 

i hate the stupid exhaust setup that lots of them are putting on now, they think it sounds cool, but it makes it sound like the motor is about to blow up, kind of sounds like a peed off lawnmower.

I know how to make some money. Start reselling Folgers cans (the big ones) with a 1.5" piece of exhaust pipe welded on the end.

 

I've been living in Billings, MT for the last year, but am on vacation in western WA, where I'm originally from. I've noticed probably a 40-50% reduction in ricer count in my old hometown (Woodinville). I'm not sure anything in particular is replacing the fad at this time, but we'll see what happens.
Conversely, the ricer count in Billings is up probably 70% though. Thankfully, they're still not popular, due to the general uselessness of a riceburner in MT.

 

^^ yeah well ricers are just as useless in ND, but we still seem to have plenty of em...

 

I've heard the exhaust called a "fart can". Seemed pretty appropriate.

The only car I've seen that looked good with a wing was the Dodge Daytona/Super Bird.
