Cleveland headers

What options do I have for headers in my 79 F100 with a 351C and C6 tranny (don't know if that makes a difference).

Headers for a 351M-400 in a 77-79 F150 2wd will work. The collectors will hand an inch lower and around .75 inch farther inward.

Someone told me that because of the 351M's taller deck hight the headers wouldn't have enough clearance. This isn't the case?
