Digital Dash

I have a 56 F 100 ford pick up with a digital electronic dash. I cannot find any manufacturer names on it. The speedometer sensor on the transmission has 2 wires both are unhooked. Need help with wiring. Thanks

It's probably Dakota Digital.

Mine has 2 wires coming from it, you take one of the wires, doesnt matter which one, ground it and connect the other to the speed sensor input on the dash box.

Kirk, here is a link to the dakota digital site for the 56 truck dash panel:
http://www.dakotadigital.com/Detail....-A/product.htm

And a link to the intruction manual:
http://www.dakotadigital.com/manuals/VFD3.PDF

You probably have it figured out by now but hope it helps
