Chris, do you still have the 6 volt positive ground electrical system in that beauty?
I don't have a wiring diagram, but they can be found on the 'net already. My shortest answer is;
You'll need to install new sockets in the front parking lights, sockets that will take a two filament 6v bulb such as the 1154. Then you'll need to wire the turn signal into the brighter side of the front turn signal lamps and the running/parking lights in to the dim side of the front lamps. The rear turn signal gets wired into the brake light side of the rear lamps.
I just did a google search on "turn signal switch wiring' and found plenty of citations.
