I noticed today that coolant drips from the hoses coming from the firewall. I think all I need to do besides flushing the cooling system is replace hoses. But the leak appears to be where the hoses connect to something else. I'm not sure what this part is called. It's on the passenger side.

thats your heater core. is it leaking from the hoses or from the heater core. try tightening up the hoses, they may have just hardened over time and loosened a little
