I like Sportmaster for toneau covers. Lifetime warranty, heavy vinyl and you don't have to chase the snaps in the rails. Mudflaps with diamond plate would be DeeZee because they clearcoat them so they don't chalk up the first year. Putco would be good for stainless flaps to get the "chrome" look. Personally I would use Huskyliners mudflaps that mould to the truck and mount with the least amount of drilling. If you are looking for long flaps you can buy rubber ones for a semi and rivet stainless or diamond plate to them. Depending on the rib pattern on the flaps you can buy one pair and cut them in half to get four flaps. Go Industries makes small weights to put on the flaps for that big rig look.

For the mud flaps, I suggest going to a big truck dealer (peterbilt, kenworth, freightliner)and see what they have. I got some kenworth ones on my truck (pic in gallery) but I took them off recently because they were too short after I lifted it. I bought the flaps and the stainless steel weights on the bottom separatly. I got the chrome naked ladies at a truck stop.
