Need a good repair shop in phoenix

I'm in need of a good repair shop in phoenix. I have a 2002 excursion 7.3L (out of 3yr/36000 mile wrty). First I noticed the wait to start light staying on even after driving for serval minutes it was taken to Lou Grubb ford on Frank Loyd Wright blvd to have this and the steering pump looked at. As it turned out they replaced the steering pump but nothing on the wait to start. 6 days after that the batteries were dead, towed back to Lou Grubb. They said the batteries were shot and replaced them. now 13 days after that the batteries are dead again, two new batteries I will remind you. Can any one recomend and repair shop in the phoenix area ford or not that is exceptionaly good or you have had good experiences with? Help please? Thanks ahead of time.

I have used an independent shop for a few years called B & R Automotive. They are down on McDowell just west of I-17.

Ask for Russ, he's one of the owners and a great guy.

mikewrt,

Blackwell Automotive,
15440 N. 40th Street, Phoenix (40th Street just North of Greenway Rd., West side of street). 602-992-5478
Very honest and knowledgeable. I have known Tom Blackwell for over 20 years, they are the only ones i will let touch my vehicles, when i don't want to do the work myself. They will treat you with respect.

Hope this helps

Greg
