2000 F-250 V-10 Doesn't like to start

Ok, 2000 F-250 CC 4X4 v-10 AT. I bought this truck new, and ever since my first drive, no matter how cold it was outside, if you would just barely bump the key, the truck would roar ro life. IT now has 11,000 miles on it, and for the last 1,000 miles if the temperature outside gets below 40 degrees, when you first tun the truck over, it will sputter up to about 700 RPM, then die. If you turn the key again, it jumps up to 1500 and runs just fine. I am not experencing any other problems, and it only happen when it is cold. Anyone else have this problem, or know of a fix?

thanks

Murph
