I am putting a 302 in a 1950 F-1 and looking for a set of headers that will clear the stock steering box on left side

 

probably not much help but......

my '50 F2 has a 289 in it and the previous owner said he had them made at a muffler shop.

I'm not sure about what stock ones will fit

 

Assuming you have stock front suspension,

I installed Hooker Supercomp center dumps on my 55 with no problems at all. Im not sure if these will work with your setup, but look around, there are ones that will fit.

If you are running a stock steering box, the Sanderson F3 header should fit your truck if you want a full length header, otherwise Mustang shorties or most any other SBF block hugger header should work. Speedway Motors probably has a cheaper equivalent of the F3 Sanderson header.

 

Let me know what headers you end up with. I have a 302 in my 48 F1 and would like to put headers on it someday.
